Fees, Cancellation Policy & Availability
Fees:
Overnight at House of Jade NZ$300
Two nights at House of Jade NZ$550
Rates are for one couple, a second couple is an additional NZ$100/night (please see Dungeon for Hire tab)
Peak rates apply from mid-December until after Waitangi Weekend at the beginning of February as well as all long weekends including Easter. Minimum 2 night stay Christmas to New Year & generally preferred for all peak & long weekends, contact us for single night stays during peak periods.
Peak rate single night NZ$350
Peak rate two nights NZ$650
Special rates for longer stays and repeat offenders available, gift vouchers available for purchase - six month expiry.
Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy:

Payment is due via internet banking once booking is confirmed (PayPal also available - fee applies if not using "send money to friends" option)

Advance bookings, more than 3 months in advance - 50% on confirmation, balance no more than 6 weeks from booking date. If cancelled more than 6 weeks ahead, we can discuss cirmstances & refund at our discretion, no refund within 6 weeks of booking dates. Dates can be rescheduled at no cost by mutual agreement

Availability:
We plan to add a real-time calendar, in the meantime we'll maintain a list of booked dates below. Any dates marked as tentative might be available, typically they are placeholders where people have requested a date but haven't confirmed & paid. Message us via the contact page if you are interested in one of those dates.
Please contact us if you are looking for a booking during the week. We normally need 24-36 hours between adjacent bookings.
