Fees:
Overnight at House of Jade NZ$300
Two nights at House of Jade NZ$550
Rates are for one couple, a second couple/use of both bedrooms NZ$50/night
Public holidays, min 2 night stay Christmas to New Year, Easter. Peak rate for all public holiday long weekends. Contact us for single night stays during peak periods.
Peak rate single night NZ$350
Peak rate two nights NZ$650
Special rates for longer stays and repeat offenders available, gift vouchers available for purchase - six month expiry.
Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy:

Payment is due via internet banking once booking is confirmed (PayPal also available)

Advance bookings, more than 3 months in advance - 50% on confirmation, balance no more than 6 weeks from booking date. If cancelled more than 6 weeks ahead, the deposit is forfeited (talk to us about circumstances), no refund within 6 weeks of booking dates. Dates can be rescheduled at no cost by mutual agreement

Availability:
We plan to add a real-time calendar, in the meantime we'll maintain a list of booked dates below. Any dates marked as tentative might be available, typically they are placeholders where people have requested a date but haven't confirmed & paid. Message us via the contact page if you are interested in one of those dates.
The cottage is available Thursday to Sunday night, please contact us if you are looking for a booking during the week. We need 24-36 hours between adjacent bookings.
